Wild West entertainment have the pleasure of arranging your corporate Fun Day.
These events are an excellent way to reward your valued customer’s and the families of hard working employees. Forward thinking companies see families as an extended part of the work team. We can provide a fairground set up or inflatable, children’s' entertainment, catering, marquees and even popcorn and candy floss stalls. A Family Fun Day will become an important and valued event in your annual calendar.
We can take on the complete task of organising a Family Fun Day for you. This may include:- Locating a suitable location Organising a marquee, furniture, lighting, electricity Sourcing a good catering company.
Themed menus. Organising entertainment and entertainers (jugglers, magicians, clowns, circus workshops face painters etc). Organising music. Insurance, Security, First aider’s / paramedics
Family Fun Days can include activities such as Laser clay shooting and archery but more often they are based around inflatable’s, county fair style activities such as the coconut shy and hoopla and for larger events fairground rides can be brought in such as dodgems, helter skelter, ,pirate ship, simulator’s and a Waltzer. These events are designed to be colourful and there is an emphasis on activities for children. A safe children’s Zone' can be provided staffed by Registered Child Minders.
Family Fun Day Themes
Theme barbecues and catering can be provided with menus such as Caribbean (a limbo competition alongside is great fun), Wild West theme, football theme, or Medieval. A full Medieval Fair is very memorable with a themed menu and activities from that time including Popinjay for archery and the Aunt Sally. Our staff will dress in costume and you can even encourage your guests to dress up with prizes for the best adult and children's costumes. You shouldn't forget the Stocks either; every company has characters they would like to see in them. We have a wide range of costumes including Knights and Royalty. Some staff dress in Monks' robes but we don't like to encourage the habit!
